I’m ten years behind the trend and still on a MySpace learning curve. The one thing I have learned right away is that you have to keep your page updated and attractive to get your friends to visit frequently. That sounds easy, but finding MySpace codes, layouts, and backgrounds to suit your taste and personality can be a challenge.
I spent all day one day searching for Christian graphics. There are a lot of web pages that offer Christian graphics, but compared to other exciting MySpace graphics some of them are too tame, or lame, at least for me. I’m still working on my Christian MySpace layout, part of that is because I scarcely know what I’m doing.
The other problem is that I ran upon several websites that repeated the same Christian MySpace layouts.
I decided I would have to fabricate a venture building my maintain, but in the meantime I will portion what I found. Perhaps you will find Christian MySpace graphics that are more suited to you.
The easiest thing to do when adding graphics to your MySpace page is to add a complete layout. Then the contact, blurbs, blogs, and interests sections will all match your Christian background theme.
The first site I would check is C28 Street Team. They offer a varied selection of contemporary Christian MySpace layouts. Their pages are easy to navigate and the layout codes are printed clearly below each layout. This prevents the searching for codes that you may rush in to on other sites.
I immediately found a Christian MySpace layout I liked on Pyzam. I would have called this my favorite site even though it had objective a few Christian layouts. It has a great “Easter” layout entitled “He is Risen.” I thought it would be a enormous MySpace layout for any time of year to proclaim the Christian message.
Unfortunately, I got aggravated working with this position. Apparently is uses a programming language known as CSS which is not completely compatible with MySpace’s html format. MySpace says you can use CSS, but also offers a warning that your page may not show up the way you are looking for.
Maybe a Christian MySpace from Pyzam will work for you, but I go so annoyed I finally gave it up. I couldn’t get it to work.
An interesting site I ran across was Christian MySpace Layouts. They had interesting layouts with artsy looks, but once again nothing that met the sight and feel I was seeking. I recommend you check them out. Look over everything before you make a decision.
Space Faith is a paltry residence with very few Christian MySpace graphics. You will have to weed through the advertising to even bag a couple of cheesy layouts. Perhaps this situation will grow in the future, but if you are looking for a Christian MySpace layout it isn’t worth your time, factual now.
Wish a Friend lures you in with what promises to be Christian layouts, sparkling graphics, and cool gadgets for your MySpace page. Wish a Friend is a area which leads you to a download of Webfetti and Smiley Central, both of which I equate with spyware. They also slow down your computer more than you can imagine unless you have experienced it for yourself.
Before you can even get to Christian MySpace layouts you have to skip through a bunch of pointless advertisements. I recommend avoiding this website in your search for unusual layouts, messages, and graphics.
If you like one of the few Christian MySpace layouts on True Light Christian Store you will have found a worship among another butt-load of advertising. If you decide to visit this site in your continuing search to improve your MySpace don’t get your hopes up.
My Space Layout Support had a variety of downloads and gadgets including Christian layouts. Their site offers a nice selection of Christian layouts. It is easy to navigate the site and downloading codes and uploading them to your MySpace is easy. My problem with this site is that most of the layouts are dark.
Actually, that was my problem with most of these sites, with a few exceptions that had vibrant designs for which I didn’t care. The dark look and feel looked too much like secular sites to me. I was looking for something to establish MySpace as distinctively Christian.
I’ll continue looking. Maybe you will have better luck with the sites listed above.
